A stock or lightly customised pendulum, pirate ship or flying chair ride typically leaves the workshop 45–75 days after deposit. Coasters are project-specific: a 266 m family coaster runs about 5 months, while a 730 m looper is closer to 8–9 months. Shipping adds 20–45 days depending on the port.
Yes. Rides are designed to GB 8408 and reviewed against EN 13814 or ASTM F2291 according to destination. We supply structural calculations, material certificates, weld inspection records, electrical schematics and a third-party inspection report that your local notified body or inspector can review.
Both options exist. Most overseas buyers take a Dinis installation package: two or three engineers travel with the shipment, supervise erection with your civil crew, commission the ride, train your operators and sign a handover. If you prefer to install with your own crew we supply full drawings and remote video support.
Plot dimensions, available height, soil or foundation information, electrical supply, the type of park or venue and your target capacity per hour. Photographs or a site plan help enormously. With those we can usually come back with a recommended model and layout on the same or next working day.
Yes. Wheels, tyre assemblies, brake components, proximity sensors, restraint locks and control hardware are either held in stock or produced to the original drawing. We keep the drawings for the design life of the ride, which is 12–18 years for a steel structure, and can ship urgent parts by air.
